- The "New
Bullet" for the Gun! -
Here's some thumbnails of
the new motor for our CobraJet. It's being built for next
season and we hope to break new ground at the track and
expand on our recent venture into the 8 second category. The
new motor consists of a C&C Automotive Boss Aluminum
block, C460 SVO Motorsport's heads, Moldex steel crankshaft,
Childs & Albert steel connecting rods, JE-14.2-1
pistons, Lunati roller cam, (765 lift 286 296 Duration) Motorsport
intake manifold and Jessel rockerarms (1.82 ratio). We will
be utilizing the original alcohol system (previously on the
car). Dyno sheets show horse power numbers of 975 to
1050... should be interesting. |
